As a boy I spent many hours on a construction site and due to this experience, building comes very naturally for me. Add to that a fascination with business and a desire to lead people, and here we are.
When Compass Rose and I met, I was looking for an opportunity to grow and GROW I have! My vision and life continue to expand at an astronomical rate. This is due in no small part to our fast paced culture, which is built on four guiding principals. Appreciation takes the lead, followed closely by Beauty, Discipline and Honesty.
