1991 was the year I focused my energies on sourcing a career that would offer both growth and opportunity.

Almost two decades and several mentors later (to whom I owe many thanks) I have realized my strengths reside in Sales and Estimating. Compass Rose has provided a platform for me to excel in both venues. I’ve never looked back as everyday brings opportunity to learn something new or reengineer a process to perform even better. Each member of our team is strategically positioned in our individual roles so that we may contribute our personal best towards our corporate values.
